As a passionate runner myself, and with sound knowledge of the local area, I’m able to organise guided Exmoor trail running sessions throughout the year.
I’m able to offer tailored running coaching too, from one off sessions looking at improving running form or teaching basic ways to improve your running with drills and other specialist exercises to suit your goals. As well as this, I can also provide longer term, monthly programming schedules that I devise tailored to you.
